Delegate Information
We’re excited to welcome you to this year’s PFFPNC Convention as we come together to support, protect, and promote North Carolina’s professional fire fighters and paramedics.
Each attendee must complete their own registration, and each local is responsible for reserving its own hotel room. You’ll find detailed instructions under the Hotel Reservation tab and Registration tab above.
Elections
An election will be held at Convention for the following PFFPNC Officers:
President, Secretary/Treasurer, Four District Vice Presidents, and Three Trustees.
Representation
The PFFPNC Constitution limits voting delegates based on local membership:

Proxy Voting
Local unions with 100 or fewer members who do not send a delegate to Convention may be represented by a joint delegate by assigning their proxy vote to another local union delegate.

Locals are required to reserve their own rooms, unless it creates a financial hardship.

Each attendee must register below separately.
Please determine Delegate, Alternate, Guest, Sponsor/Vendor status prior to registration. Provide the name as you would like for it to appear on your nametag.
Convention Costs
1 Attendee Registration:
$150.00: Cost includes registration plus meals, challenge coin, and PFFPNC swag.
1 Comp Registration:
$0.00: Only vendors/sponsors, emeritus, trustees, and board or staff members are eligible.
